Going all the way back to 1992, TeeTime Golf Pass (TTGP) began as a small regional program in south-central Pennsylvania.  Through the 90’s and early 2000s, TTGP expanded into the Mid-Atlantic region and began to produce nice results in larger metro areas like Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C., and Virginia Beach.  The company began as a small family-owned business founded by Jim and Sue Curtis and decided to keep it that way when their son, Jesse Curtis, changed careers in 2005 and took control of operations.

Since that time, TTGP has grown from a few local golf courses to more than 1,100 facilities in 14 states.  The Midwest Edition began in northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania in 2008 and quickly grew into the remainder of Ohio, and then into Kentucky/Indiana and Michigan.  The book grew so large, two other editions were created in the Lower Midwest Edition and the Upper Midwest Edition.  The Northeast Edition covers northern New Jersey, northeast Pennsylvania, and lower New York.

TTGP is very thankful to have been blessed with such great people in its organization and to be working along with the wonderful owners and operators of its partner facilities.  Jesse, now sole owner and president of TeeTime Golf Pass, Inc. says, “Everybody wins in our program – the golfer, the golf course, and us.  We’ve tried to work hard and to work smart, but we give God the glory for our success.”

Digital Golf Pass was created in 2016 as a complement to the traditional (Printed Edition) TeeTime Golf Pass. You can be confident that the print edition isn’t going anywhere anytime soon; however, our society and culture are continuing to evolve into an electronically controlled world and we wanted to be sure to go along for the ride. The convenience that the mobile option of the TeeTime Golf Pass program provides to our member golfers is very attractive to a certain demographic, typically the younger crowd.


Digital Golf Pass (DGP) is simply the duplicate program to TeeTime Golf Pass but offered as a choice for our member customers and delivered to their mobile device instead of the book. It is also very simple for our Partner Facilities to manage because it works the same simplicity that the books do. Instead of checking off a box in the book to redeem the deal, the golf course simply hits a button on the golfer’s mobile phone to redeem the deal. DGP is not an online booking engine. DGP does not tie in you your tee sheet. No monetary transaction between the course and DGP occurs. The customer still pays you 100% at the counter.


DGP has some advantages over the traditional passbook too. Partner Facilities now have the option to adjust to market conditions in real-time and add deals to the DGP platform throughout the year instead of just once a year. DGP shares data with Partner Facilities. Every round of golf redeemed through DGP at a particular golf course facility will be included in a monthly report sent directly to that particular facility. The name and email of the golfers who played that month will be included in the report so that the golf course may use that data for their in-house marketing.
